Open to companies manufacturing or representing manufacturers of APIs, excipients and intermediates for use in the pharmaceutical industry. Members are entitled to a seat on the board of directors and voting privileges. Representatives of member companies may act as officers on the board of directors and serve as leaders on committees.
Tier I: $20 million or greater – $5,500
Tier II: <$20 million – $2,500
Annual dues for members are based on the prior year combined global sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients and intermediates.
Associates are companies with interests in the business of active pharmaceutical ingredients or excipients, but may not specifically produce or use active pharmaceutical ingredients or excipients. Associates will have the right to participate in all meetings, conference calls and Task Force events, but will not have voting rights. Associates will also be able to offer their input to comments, position papers or presentations that the Task Force may prepare. Annual dues for Associates are $1,000.
